4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

All financial transactions on S5Games are conducted through legitimate Bangladeshi mobile banking channels. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements on any active bonus have been fulfilled. You can cancel an active bonus and withdraw real money via the option available in Settings.

5 Betting Policy & Settlement

All bets placed on S5Games are governed by the rules below. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except through the Cash Out feature.

Stakes will be refunded if a match is cancelled
If a leg in an accumulator is voided, it will be counted as 1.00
If a live bet is not accepted due to a network issue, the stake will be refunded
S5Games reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds
Bets placed during odds changes will be settled at the odds available at the time the bet was accepted

Placing a bet on a match with prior knowledge of the outcome — or betting on both sides of the same match to fulfil bonus requirements (arbitrage) — will be considered fraudulent activity.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers on S5Games come with specific terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Rules:

The wagering requirements for each bonus must be met
More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time
Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled
Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or sports only
The original stake will be deducted from free bet winnings
Each promotion can only be used once per household or device

S5Games reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, bonuses that have already been claimed and are currently active will not be affected.

Use of third-party software or bots
Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
Harassing or defrauding other users
Creating or allowing accounts for minors

Any suspicious activity is automatically monitored by the S5Games security team. Information may be shared with the relevant authorities if required by law.

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. If S5Games closes your account due to a rule violation, your balance may be forfeited.

S5Games reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes.

Earning rewards through S5Games' referral program is simple. Go to the "Refer a Friend" section in your account to get your unique referral code or link. Share it with a friend — they'll use it to register. Once your friend completes their first deposit, a ৳300 referral bonus will be automatically credited to your account. A few important notes: if the person you refer is a family member, or shares the same address or device as you, the bonus may be voided. Each referral is counted once — you can only earn a bonus for each friend one time. The wagering requirement for referral bonuses is 5x.
